Why don’t we dive right in?

Vegan Breakfast Pancake Recipes
The idea of having pancakes for breakfast has been around for years. Much longer than many of you would think.
In Ancient Greece, breakfast was known as akratisma, and it was eaten quite early on the morning. Just in case you were wondering, this time period (Ancient Greece) falls between 700 and 323 B.C., which is between 2345 and 2722 years ago.)
Anyway, back in those days, the Greeks would eat pancakes known as tēganitē or staititas. The latter was made with spelt flour, and they were both commonly serve dup and eaten with cheese, sesame, honey, and similar.
History lesson aside, here are some of the tastiest vegan breakfast pancake recipes you’ll ever find:

Vegan Smoothie Bowls for Breakfast
I bet you’re wondering what the difference is between a smoothie and a smoothie bowl. Well, apart from the bowl part, obviously. That part is self-explanatory. But what about the rest…?
Smoothie bowls tend to be a bit thicker than a smoothie, and it will often be topped off with ingredients that can’t be sucked up through a straw, such as oats, bits of fruit, and more. Because of this, they are eaten with a spoon and are more like a dessert or yoghurt.
Smoothies have a much thinner consistency, much more suitable to be sucked up through a straw. The drink will have blended a lot more, and will perhaps have more fluid (such as water, milk substitute, etc.) as well as ice. Because of this, it is a beverage to drink rather than a bowl to eat.
