70 Vegetarian Pasta Recipes

A beloved culinary dish that has lasted the ages, the first real mention of pasta as we know it today, was back in the 1300s and 1400s. Several variations existed before then, but in the form of fried dough sheets and others rather than the kind you can buy on the shelves of the supermarket today.

These days, you can find pretty much any kind of shape or type of pasta you can think of – and that’s a pretty wonderful thing as far as I’m concerned. So, why don’t we dive right in and see what tasty delights you can enjoy as a vegetarian pasta-eater?
